Two Gorillas On Facebook

You can insert any name that you like to be above caption. I, personally would not use the word retard because I find it very offensive but since it was already attached to the photo I left it in.  I prefer the word idiot,  jerk, dill weed, and my favorite stupid fucker. I love these two very thoughtful  gorillas. Just two Primates in love. And now they don’t even like each other very much. Just another example of Facebook getting in the way of a perfectly fine relationship.

I hear about relationships gone bad on Facebook from Dr. Phil, Ellen, Dr. Drew and The Simpsons and of course they are very extreme and horrific examples of what can go wrong with just a twitch of the finger. There are a multitude of reports about social media being used as a weapon where reputations and lives are ruined forever. And of course, there is no take back button and there is no fine definition of what you really meant to say and the confusion and consequences can be harsh.

I grew up in the 1950s on a farm and we had no television at all until I was about six or seven years old. It was all in black and white and we only have three channels. And so the fact that I actually have Facebook and I am a twitter-er is a testament to how things have changed in the last 60 years. and of course, a testament to how I have changed in the last 60 years! Just changing with the times. It hasn’t always been easy.

Take a look at the website for the book that I have written entitled Potty Mouth with the subtitle of  “A Woman Disabled With Multiple Sclerosis Meets Life’s Challenges With Courage, Wisdom and a Profane Sense of Humor.” That woman would be me and if you wish to learn a little more about my book and about me please take a look at the link below. Thank you very much. It is a memoir with the real voice telling it like it is.  I had a potty mouth and a sense of humor. Put that together with multiple sclerosis and you gotta very interesting, hilarious and at times upsetting account of what it’s really like to have MS.

Here is the link to my Facebook page, which you may find very interesting.

This is the link to the book, which is available in paperback or as an e-book.
